Shipping Policy

All orders go through a production process before they are shipped. This includes artwork review, proof approval, printing, and quality inspection.

• Production begins after you have reviewed and approved your digital proof.
• Production time varies based on order volume and current demand. Your confirmed production timeline will be communicated at the time of order placement.
• We do not begin production until artwork is approved. Delays in artwork submission or proof approval may affect your delivery date.

• We ship to all 48 contiguous United States.
• All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, and will be included in your final invoice before production begins.
• Estimated transit time after shipment: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Your total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.

We will provide a complete estimated delivery window before you confirm your order.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage:

• Document the damage with photos before unpacking further.
• Contact us at hello@buyserventa.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
